I was about to post the same exact shit. That bottom line..... I missed ****that**** when I read the preliminary notes yesterday, but why close off sales to individuals, but still let anyone relocate? I was sure I'd be able to get my FC a M house, but the few plots I was able to go for, I missed by moments. I would have been able to, had they actually closed it off to INDIVIDUALS completely but SE still doesn't fucking realize nobody gives a fuck about a S size plot. We want the bigger ones. They should have made more M and L avail. If you're gonna release housing, pay attention to the demand and make your new wards accordingly!

Wards 19 through 21 have been added to all residential districts.
A total of three wards have been added to all residential districts, each of which includes a subdivision. An apartment building has also been added to each ward, with a second apartment building available in each subdivision.

Individuals will be restricted from purchasing plots for personal use in these wards for a limited time.
* Following the release of patch 5.1, we will evaluate the housing market and decide when to remove the restriction on sales to individuals.
* Players may still purchase private estates in wards 1 through 18.
