Food Effects and Food Recipes

TL,DR, I don't remember where I found this information nor when it was posted but it was such an excellent guide I saved a Word document to my desktop. I tried a google search using the title of the doc but google did not turn up any links so ill just copy/paste the information here. As far as I know its outdated and no longer aplies, but here goes:

Yes, your absolutely right, they are out of date, you still get the +5 on some recipes, some effects are hidden, but i have'nt seen a tasty or devine prock since before 1.18, hence the need for a better system and more open information regarding the effects of food, that's why this thread is here.....
