If someone who has a house is upset that Apartments are improved and perceive them as better, they have the option of purchasing an Apartment.Given that people have a rather annoying tendency to be pissed off at anything and everything under the sun, purely because it doesn't do what THEY want it do. I can assume a notable amount of people would voice their discontent.
Or shall we ignore this years entire rants about how media in all its forms are getting low critique scores because X doesn't do this or that. (An example I know is several groups bashing on Borderlands, because it isn't a PUBG clone. But you get the idea, I hope)
But that's not to say ALL house owners would be disappointed. I for one, would actually like Apartments being a little bit bigger, but that comes hand-in-hand with no longer having to glitch furniture pieces to make them functional. (Furniture atop a Loft, for example).
And lastly, to the "Apartments should get a demo-timer" That's.. Something I agree, but also disagree on. If they get an upgrade to be as big, if not bigger than a Small House, then they should be subject to the same ruleset. If not for "stability" or availability, but to once again, retain the value of said small houses. (Beyond the garden, at least) but at the same time, that would also kind of damage Apartments main selling point of "It's permanent." A bit of a tight rope to walk.
