Increase apartments

Just adding a patio to apartments would be a big improvement. I'm tired of getting outdoor furniture from seasonal events and its stuck sitting on my retainers. I used to be a homeowner of a small plot but gave up on when they gave out gil rewards for free transfers before ShB hit. Only visited my home to prevent the demolish timer so barely spent any time in it. When the chance came to get a refund and some extra gil for the trouble I took it.

Now that additional plots will be added in 5.1, an idea crossed my mind.

Housing is cool yup: initially a place for FCs to reunite, roleplay, sitting, etc… In one word: A guild place for players. Private Housing is also cool (I have a small house), but then I saw its consequences, every player wants a house. At one moment, no more plots are available, and people (both FC and individuals) ask for more.

After some time, we get more wards, but this problem wont never end, and SE cannot give us wards eternally (I suppose there will be a limit in a future day).

That's why they added apartments, a perfect way for individual players to experience the housing system + chocobo stables. Buuuut yup, apartments are too small, so that's why maybe players may not be convinced with just that small space and prefer a house anyway.

So, I would suggest SE about some posibilities. Maybe they would say something like "server collapse" but I'll say it:

* 1. Space

Increase the small space of apartments equal to a medium or maybe mansion floor (just the base floor, not asking for duplex xD). Players will find a bigger place and may encourage them to be happy with just an apartment.

* 2. Garden

Include the possibility for apartments to have a private garden, so players can use Outdoor furnishings as well, which would encourage them even more to be fine with an apartment.

However, the Chocobo Stable and the Miniature Aetheryte wouldn't be available for this gardens, since the apartment building already has those things. The Letter Boxes neither, (¿but I was thinking about the possibility to add a Delivery Moogle NPC for housing just like the retainers or other NPCs?).

And that's all.

The room in Crystarium prove us, that they can create a room with view to outside (it isn't difficult) and create one with a little terrace/garden.
But I guess, they don't want to... And there is no reason to that.

Everyone know about fact : that housing is in short supply every time despite new slot additions. And the reason for Yoshi-P to say that it must be social, everyone knows that housing areas are empty.

I have my house a long time ago, but between an empty quarter and a neighbor who likes to stay afk at MB & show off his latest loot for lack of a new Ydillshire / Ralgr's reach.

I need instanced housing's area.
