Previous Feast Armors for Wolf Collars?

Perhaps replica versions of the armour could be added as an option, so not only does this give a chance to players who don't own the originals to enjoy them, but also those who did work hard to obtain them previously don't feel their accomplishments are invalidated.

Thoughts?

One day I want to do UCOB, because of the weapon glams from it. The content is still as difficult as it always has been. However if a year down the line SE told me "just do 50 expert dungeons and 50 extreme trials and you can have a recolor of it" I'd forget about doing UCOB completely and just go for the recolor because it's the easier option and is more or less the same item. Meanwhile those who struggled for days, weeks, whatever to clear UCOB would understandably be pretty pissed that even though I don't have the same weapons they got from it, I got something similar enough for less than a fraction of the effort required. By all means if they want to recycle rewards later on for the top 100, go ahead. But generally the way life works is you should have to earn something to be able to enjoy it. I want to enjoy owning an AMG GT, but I haven't worked hard enough yet to buy one. Admittedly this is dissimilar because unlike exclusive gear, I at least will for the foreseeable option have the option of buying the car, but you get the idea.

I get what you are saying although I'll look at it like this, if the item/gear whatever is still available though original means (such as UCOB, it's still there) then there should not be any replica. If however it's something no longer obtainable such as the White Raven Earrings (and we know the backlash that got last year), then a replica option should be considered.

So I'd like to think either they recycle the rewards so players have another chance to get them, and yes they can work hard for them, or replicas (earned through the same method) to be added, possibly....

Yeah, I don't ask for people to agree - only to understand. UCOB is still extremely difficult (jobs have had changes, but the raid is mechanically the same), PvP on the other hand one season can drastically be different from another. In fact the next season as it stands is an example, many jobs have had an overhaul in abilities, with more abilities to come in 5.1, light medals have been removed, range will potentially become a more difficult role than melee due to being the main target again and without recup/safeguard, we are extremely squishy and can be trained into the ground. Recycling but for the same requirement it had before and with some variation so PvPers know the difference seasonally (for example, our mount recolors on the chair and roader) would probably be an "ok" middle ground for me. To recycle it as it is, or recolor it and say "just get a few collars every season playing meme games that require minimal effort" is not a good model for competitiveness. I'm not going to sit through 300+ games a season unless I want to push Alpha/Beta Wolf (only two titles I don't have) when I already have a Diamond title and can get the reward with far more casual effort because as it stands, you don't get anything DURING the season of play so pushing the ranking is the only thing you have to play for. That to me is a bigger issue than exclusive gear.
