Rescue being used as a weapon

This is why I don't tank in PF. Another player can literally fling you across into a pile of mobs, regardless of your cd's or whether you stopped to type a message or afk for 5 seconds and it's entirely your fault if you aren't ready and adjust immediately.

Rescue doesn't work on you if you're not in combat. The healer can't just put themselves in combat and then rescue you.

So uhm, did you pull mobs before you went afk or stopped to type? Or are you just making nonsense and hyperbole up for the sake of this low effort bandwagon? I'm genuinely curious.
