    How long have you been experiencing this crash? Have any updates or changes been made to the PC that coincide with the crash?

    Hi Dynratygus. Apologies for the delay.

    I've first experienced the problem during Stormblood, I think during 4.3. I don't have a problem when I switch DirectX 11 off, but the framerate gets slow and when I join a huge group such as Eureka and hunts, the framerate freezes and crashes the game.

    For now I'm doing okay and so far I'm not experiencing any DirectX errors (11000002) thanks to J-Sharpie's advice. But if you have a list of helpful advices for laptops with DirectX error problems, please let me know.
