well… duh. of course if your house is next to an FC house, the members of that FC would use it. But how many times do they stop to chat or make parties for this community feel to happen? My guess is those people just go in and out the house doing their own business and outside of that little corner, the ward is a ghost town. So is the ward where my personal house is. I never ever see people. Wards ARE ghost towns so ya… the nonsense is true. I say port all wards onto their own server machine and just make them instanced already
