I'll say it again, if a group of RPG speedrunners can put together French, Spanish and German re-streams in a 2 week window, and be on a delay of seconds for the entirety of a 3-day event while translating entirely on the fly, one of the largest MMO developers in the world should be able to do the same with a script and slide notes that necessarily had to be done ahead of time, given that they already employ people who do this as their job.
Read the rest of the post that you quoted.

So, let us not cling to Taro, Saito and Okabe's sense of humor to mark an exception. They are fully aware that the community does most of the translation and they are making the most of that, just like with a lot of other things in the game.
Aimi-san, who has been acting as the translator on the previous LLs that weren't done from a japanese event, is not a community member.

And about the other stuff, what did you want, the full patch notes already? They have been announcing patches like this for years, and it works. At least they show us what's about to come ahead of time in a more personal way, unlike other MMO devs, and we always get the provisional patch notes ahead of the actual patch. Also, and this is what I was talking about, many of us enjoy the more relaxed vibe and the conversations that they have outside of the scripted things -which is not something specific to Taro, Saito and Okabe-, which would be lost if they did what you asked for (which is exactly what I quoted from your other post, where you said that you would rather have a "Nintendo Direct"-like format than the current one). In fact, when the LL gets translated on site, part of that gets lost already due to the lack of flow and the less improvisation. We reached a compromise already, but apparently that's not enough for some.
