Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

SE needs to just give us male Viera and female Hrothgar and some of the drama will die out.

At this point idc which way they go with the design of male Viera, I just want SE to not go back to keeping races genderlocked after they went out of their way to unlock genderlocked ones.

I wasn't even aware that there were trolls who do bait threads. I'm just over here happily showing my support for the suggestion of making the locked genders playable. I think of this thread as our little tree house club where we can all gush over male Viera and female Hrothgar together, showing fan art to each other, and getting into the same discussions of how they may look like, and so forth. Every now and then some people get into a spat but it sorts itself out eventually. I like this little tree house club we have.

As for Live Letters, well, unusual opinion time: I don't worry about them much. Live letters can only inform us of what they have chosen to do. As long as they don't mention the missing genders, the possibility is still there, just not a certainty.

Once I recover a bit more, I may have the ability back to start drawing again, and draw my male Viera OC and post it here.

Problem is when its taken seriously~
Some ppl expect on every Live Letter they will hear about their viera or cross dressing[and just to avoid 'you got ur female viera" i lost a bet so i had to fantasia to a viera for a month]
People just jump to conclusions and i mean sure you do you just dont take it for granted.

Not every person who wants male viera is annoying,but the minority is extremely annoying about it.

Personal side note, I think I might switch my alt and my main arround (make my main female viera) for a while since I got 5 free fantasias from an FC member and I wanna try out female characters for a bit. Any Creation suggestions?

then why talk about the worshipers of male viera in your signature, just say the annoying minority or somethign like that, if not ti comes off as refering to everybody

well I must say even I agree that some ppl have taken this way too far, with things such as posting 9999999 comments on every single post ffxiv does about anything even remotely related to the game

Thankfully they didn't add male viera in the live letter. The lore is safe for now, and resources will continue to be available for female viera gear.
