Unless you're seeing something different than me it says "New content for avid crafters", with nothing said about the difficulty of said crafts. That could just mean that they've added more things, not that the things they add will be more engaging or rewarding to do.

Starting 29:15 of the Live Letter, YoshiP talks about the current situation of the crafter balance where you'd sit down (referring to the kneeling down action when you start a craft) and the item comes out HQ, making your efforts on preparing all the best crafter (and gatherer) gear all pointless. He says they want to make changes to this to make harder recipes.

That's encouraging, but i'm still going to be skeptical until we actually see what they've done. There's been too many times where the dev team has wanted to do something, but it falls flat of what they wanted to do because they're only ever internally happy; as they never let people see what they do until they've gone and done it and then they spend the next three patches chasing to fix something.
