The answers here are baffling.
We (all!) pay premium fees every month and then the developer of the game is doing a presentation. What do I have to read?

Man, is America this self important that it can't wait till after the Live Show to get it Translated afterwards?
I am German and I can't remember when the bosses of Volkswagen talked in German about their Diesel pollution problems. Or when SIEMENS does an official presentation that affects world-wide customers would be held in German only. Imagine VW announces an apology to the U.S customers for their crap they've done and then it starts: "Guten Abend, liebe U.S-Bürger und -Bürgerinnen!". Yeah, you can wait for an inofficial (!) translation, but that is not what you have expected when they announce it for a special target group. Or was it an explicit (Japanese-only live letter?).
And no, "Americans" are not this self-important, as German, Euro-paying customer (I point that out for the exchange rates!) I also expect one translator there. It's an international company that collects money from an international audience and keep it in their native language - and you defend that? Even I, a random 28-year old, can speak almost fluent English, but then I do not hold "Live Letters". They should get their priorities straight.

I wish I had you guys as customers. I could slack so much while charging high prices and you would still defend that...
