At first Market ward simply sucks
At the moment I can go without an HA.

But two thinks need to be adress.

1. Market crash
2. at the moment we allowed 2 retainer. What will hapen when will be allowed 3-4-10 retainer?
Imagine 5-6+ times the retainer midle ward at the current state

Metting with a friend for exchange in a middle ward, it takes 5min before we can see each other so we can trade.
Imagine later with more retainer at the current state.

Hey fellow Wutaian! Good point. I was thinking what if this game had a huge player base. I didn't account for the possibility of them eventually doling out more retainers. The situation in these wards could get totally out of hand if these things happen. The square-wheeled cart in front of the horse is what these wards are.
