Eureka wasn't so bad, but endgame in ffxiv is lacking without eureka

Sorry to say this, the devs need to take a page from 11 on end game content. There were several different types of end game options that you could do. Things from 6 player events all the way up to 72 player events. You could do something different each night and have several people farming items to pop things. Give the players different options for end game. Have gear different gear available at that Ilvl, stats can be different here and there then you can mix match gear to get the best set up. Make FC only events where you can get gear from. I do not mid grinding for gear but give me different ways to get gear instead of only some type savage raid.

To be fair endgame worked so well in FFXI because only the dedicated made it to endgame. At least in the pre 75 cap days.
