Monk Role needs Changes

Monk is in an amazing spot. You claim anatman is a dead skill but it's used fairly often during phase changes in higher end content. It saves the state of your stacks and your form while you wait for the boss to become vulnerable again. It's situational, yes, but it's not dead. Six sided star is situational as well, being used for those "oh crap!" moments when your stacks might be about to fall off and you only have time for one hit. Monk is doing extremely well right now. The only move I directly see issues with is tornado kick being so clunky.
