Please restrict FC houses to one owned per account

You should advocate fixing the housing system itself instead

Sort of said before in some other posts but this be shortest quote lol. That's not to say we can't try to make band-aids in the meantime but to hope we heal the root over just applying gauze over the wound over and over.

Like the current placard system which might be made less frustrating against bots and relocation, or the FC shell issues, or the other plethora of issues (imo)... they all, almost, suffer the same problem which is the solutions are band-aids to dodge the real issue of the system itself. Not that I'm trying to say it's cheap to address the system (assuming worst case scenario it's an awful mountain...), but I hope they're working on this behind the scenes or at least prepared to never repeat this in future MMOs.

I really hope one day SE shocks us with some news like "we've been working really hard and we've come with a new housing system- where every character (or at least account) and FC will now be able to enjoy our content!".

If someone has not mentioned this, I wanted to add in that I met someone who created an alt and leveled it with the crafting to then get a second FC going and get another FC house. She told me that the crafting station to make the level 3 buffs only allows for 2 at a time and they take a day or 2 to make.

She figured out that while you have to craft them at this station, which you can only have one in the FC house, that with a second, you can make the item and then with another character that has permission, take the completed ones over to the main FC and then you have more level 3 buffs available.

The fact that she has to do this is ridiculous, but it was why she has 2 FCs with a FC house each.

the 4.2 restrictions were for individual buyers. FCs had first pick for at least a week.

Wrong, there was a two weeks moratorium on personal house purchases and the restriction that is currently displayed in the housing guide regarding FC house ownership were actually onging during that time.

Then you have nothing interesting to add to any of these threads, when you sit on multiple houses "darling". All you have to add is excuses why you should be as greedy as you as are. So go put that in your pipe and smoke it. No one cares for your thoughts on the matter.

We do that as well to prime 50+ tier 3 FC buffs per week.

The reason they removed the restriction is because if you had a character that belonged to a FC that owned a house and had an alt on the same world in another FC that did not own a house, that homeless FC couldn't buy a house - even if none of your characters were not an FC owner.
