I'm sorry, you are?
I'm not doing anything for you darling. Multi house owners are a non factor in comparison to personal house owners who don't even have tenants. Yet alone use their house on a regular basis to begin with.
They added FC transfers quite late and after the fact that FCs ending up with a master who has quit is not a good situation to be in. This is not something that should be prevented. FC transfers must remain available to all FC members or else you risk a situation where FC ownership quite simply can't be transferred, and then we're back to square one.

They are a factor, just not as big of a factor as the supply vs demand issue. If anything, multi house owners are symptoms of the real issue. And, unfortunately, the "treatment" (adding more plots) is given too sparsely so it's barely making a difference in the long run.

Yes, but again this is a situation where every single member is already the owner of their own separate fc that has its own fc house on that world. If a person is in the fc and is part of another fc on the same world that has a house, but are not the owner of that other fc, they'd still qualify for ownership transfer. They added FC transfers quite late and after the fact that FCs ending up with a master who has quit is not a good situation to be in. What if they made it so the prices started at 500 billion gil for small, 500 trillion for medium, and 500 quadrillion for large? With minimum prices being 5 million/billion/trillion for S/M/L respectively (with somewhat higher amounts of deprecation required to reach the minimum price, but still not too many as to make deprecations meaningless). Do you think that'd fix the issue? After all, that's still a MASSIVE price differential, and even the larges at minimum price would still be REALLY pricy.
And before anyone tries to chastise me saying don't suggest any more ideas etc (I've had it happen in the past), I'm intentionally making it extreme to try to foster finding a middle ground for all parties.
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

the 4.2 restrictions were for individual buyers. FCs had first pick for at least a week.
Then you have nothing interesting to add to any of these threads, when you sit on multiple houses "darling". All you have to add is excuses why you should be as greedy as you as are. So go put that in your pipe and smoke it. No one cares for your thoughts on the matter.

You should advocate fixing the housing system itself instead
