Please restrict FC houses to one owned per account

You're aware that in the (nearly) 5 years since patch 3.1, the only time FCs had to deal with any sort of restrictions were during the 2 weeks following the release of patch 4.2 right?

the 4.2 restrictions were for individual buyers. FCs had first pick for at least a week.
