As a long time monk i hate what they've done to the job.They made it boring and dumbed it down while making it OP with the last patch.
None of this is relevant to the fact that your suggestions are over the top for changing the job.WHat you've suggested wont fix the job it would just make it broken in different ways.
There's a difference between wanting the job to be fun again and making up your own version of monk without considering balance and saying 'the dev's would balance it after' like it somehow just works that way.
