    I'm hoping the Eulmore depths become a future MSQ dungeon.

    It wouldn't surprise me if there were still some sin eaters down there still, personally.

    That could work rather well. You can see some buildings popping out of the ocean not far from Eulmore itself which may very well be part of the place.
