    If someone reports you for spamming (and you actually did spam) you will get a warning. I have gotten a warning for spamming a silent emote in gridania with chat log off, they don't care. My friend spammed some emotes the otherday and got pulled into prison during raid and got a warning.

    If they're giving you and your friend warnings, then they definitely do care.
