This is legit why I make my grand company Immortal Flames so I don't have to deal with the cesspit that is 'Limsa'.
And the one alt that does has Limsa has tickets to teleport to GC desk so I don't have to deal with that crowd.

Emote spamming is disgustingly obnoxious and irritating. It's alright to have a laugh and whatnot. But when you're doing it to just bother people, just no.

If someone reports you for spamming (and you actually did spam) you will get a warning. I have gotten a warning for spamming a silent emote in gridania with chat log off, they don't care. My friend spammed some emotes the otherday and got pulled into prison during raid and got a warning.
