If your bank refunded it, it's still a charge back, which can be used for fraud. Did you contact your bank or whoever issued the refund in the first place?

Yeah everything was sorted in the same day too through the chat I had with one of their agents and my bank
I was just upset for the lack of no notice that made me panic about the possibilities of being hacked or worse, ya know? A notice would have allowed me to reach out to bank and get everything sorted or even provide whatever payment. Money is not an issue with me, at all. - I work extremely hard and my down time is this game. I work in the legal field and so I appreciate their efforts to avoid fraudulent activity but alas, "ownership" over material still has to have a "due process" before absolute termination. Example: If you own a house and someone missed rent - you can't kick them out. You have to give notice, allow it to expire, then allow law suit to initiate, have a hearing, then get a writ that allows the authority to physically remove tenants.
