You must be playing a different game. It's pretty rare to find a tank they doesn't pull multiple mob sets or a healer that doesn't dps.

well just ask to the 2 group i get in queue this morning, my first run got nice pul run fast and so on, and the two next, they pulled the 3 first mobs each, so i was meh, i dont have really much patient that true, but if we are frank those dungeon are even less harder than some old 50 one or 60 one, so i dont really get why those poorly pull.

Some people play safe, it literally makes no difference in speed most times anyway. Can take less time even if DPS is poorly geared as you are, since not enough damage to AoE that many mobs quickly.

It’s actually very common now to see healers that won’t contribute to damage after the ShB changes. Especially with all the hubbub surrounding Yoshida’s “pure healing” terminology and how that was misinterpreted.
