Doing a big pull weight fell on all three role
If the tank able to keep CD up to reduce stress on healer
If the healer can keep up the HP drop of tank
If the dps have enough output to melt the pack fast enough

Any one of those fail will not speed up the run but mess it up, and if the healer/dps run ahead to pull more before discussing to the party first, then they deserve the kick

Yeah well sorry, you know when i did healer newbie didnt really asked my mind, and even with crap stuff i was able to hold them so

sorry, but me when i see a pull of 3 mobs with the healer not even dpsing just healing 5% life lose of the tank
that make me sick. that all

You must be playing a different game. It's pretty rare to find a tank they doesn't pull multiple mob sets or a healer that doesn't dps.

well just ask to the 2 group i get in queue this morning, my first run got nice pul run fast and so on, and the two next, they pulled the 3 first mobs each, so i was meh, i dont have really much patient that true, but if we are frank those dungeon are even less harder than some old 50 one or 60 one, so i dont really get why those poorly pull.

Some people play safe, it literally makes no difference in speed most times anyway. Can take less time even if DPS is poorly geared as you are, since not enough damage to AoE that many mobs quickly.

It’s actually very common now to see healers that won’t contribute to damage after the ShB changes. Especially with all the hubbub surrounding Yoshida’s “pure healing” terminology and how that was misinterpreted.

And I've seen people decked out in decent gear fail at that.
Talk with your party on how to do pulls, then do what's agreed.
It's really not that hard.
