    Ok so let me break this down on two points:

    On the DPs pulling more mobs: First, you actually gotta talk to your tank about that. Find out if they're up to it because trust me on this, if they say no, they're not gonna go out of their way to pull extra packs off of you when you decide to it. Now if they say yes, actually let them do it. Don't go off and pull a third pack when they already pulled two. Maybe they wanna stop right they are or maybe they're actually on their way to that third pack. Either way, if they're willing and doing it, let them mass pull at their pace.

    On the boss pull: It shouldn't be an issue on who pulls if your tank is basically a bullet train. He/She will pick it up with a single move, they're usually right behind anyone that pulled it by like, a second or two. Different story if your tank is the skittish/ "gotta do my breathing techniques before I go at it" type of tank.

    theres a lot more to FFxiv than dungeons and I would label FFxiv's dungeons one of the weakest forms of enjoyable content.

    my solution in getting over different opinions in dungeons was to stop expecting competency from dungeons. when the content can be cleared by being half AFK, you will always get players that don't agree on how to clear said content.

    Majority rules. Your group didn't like you pulling, it's fair they kicked you for doing so without asking. You need to communicate, you can't just decide 3 others are playing it your way.

    If slow dungeons bother you, the option of leveling a tank is always there.

    I love when the Tank does a big pull, doesn't pop a CD at all and the DPS are single targeting when there's 6+ enemies. /sarcasm

    There's been way to many times I've been in that situation as a healer and get very vocal, to put it mildly. I've honestly stop caring if I get kicked for it or not, saves me the headache of dealing with it.
