COMPLAINT: Can't progress level 79 story quest until level 80 role quest complete?

With regards to the complaint, I doubt that this will change. The developers designed the MSQ like this intentionally, probably as a way to force players into doing their role quests and getting their artifact gear, as that has often been a complaint on here that players show up undergeared to the final dungeons and trials of an expansion. So, I suppose this was their way of gently forcing it.

Kind of odd since you don't get level 80 artifact gear from doing the role quests, so I am not for sure if that is really their intention. But whatever.
