I appreciated your advice.

But the feeling of the other three dps + even tank and healer dps carrying me is still there.

My dps skill cannot reach 10k yet.
I guess I need to practice more to be able to pull off high percentile number.

However, I still think dancer dps need to be more consistent. (Less depend on luck)

In normal sense, it should be ok with 50%+ percentile, right?... but yeah let’s get better gears and skills

If you cannot break 10,000 personal DPS, what does your gear look like? Are you using food? What about tinctures? At 95th percentile, DNC aDPS (which is straight damage with no external buffs) is roughly 10,300. So it's definitely possible for the job to break 10k. However, aDPS or even pDPS are not the most important metric: rDPS is. Which, if you are Dance Partnering the correct target and using Technical Finish correctly, can bet you 1,600 rDPS or higher.

While I think DNC could use mild potency buffs (as could the other two physical ranged), the issue isn't its RNG. It's likely your gear isn't optimal, you aren't using food or pots, or you have rotational issues. Make sure you are using Flourish every 60s without overwriting existing procs. Make sure Standard Step is used on cooldown (every 30s), and that Saber Dance is used at 80 Esprit. During buff windows, make sure you have stored up to 3 Feathers at the least to blow during that window (feathers are not used instantly when proc'd, but held for burst windows such as Trick Attack or Technical Finish). Try not to let your 1-2 combo drop at any point, or any Flourished procs. Also avoid any significant GCD clipping (by trying to double weave after SF or TF; triple-weaving; double-weaving En Avant) or delays: make sure your GCD is always rolling.
