Can you set your Chocobo as a Dance partner and get any Esprit from it?

While you cant invite a party member once an SSS Trial begins, you can actually summon and have your Chocobo assist you once you're at the dummy in the prep period before the timer kicks off.

You can set it as dance partner, but I don't know if it can actually generate esprit.

Dancer really needs a way to garuntee or load up on fan dance 1 and 2
Mch use to have ammo and RDM has acceleration

I’ve encountered an issue that
- TF > devilment with almost full espirit and 4 saved feathers plus flourish, lead me to waste the proc on the aoe move because I was too busy to spend gcd on saber dance + unloading 4 those feathers. How do I prioritize?

- Standard step or Technical step take the most priority once it came off cooldown? They will coincide every 2 minutes I think...

Priority system during TF is:

Saber Dance (because it's 600 potency)
Standard Finish (if you won't overcap Esprit during it)
Flourish procs (Rising Windmill is generally used before Devilment to push the others into things like TA, so the priority is usually Fountainfall > Reverse Cascade > Bloodshower. I personally move Bloodshower up if I know that I will have to move out of melee range for a mechanic.)
Feathers can be weaved between the GCDs: prioritize FD3 first in the event FD1 procs FD3 again.

For TF versus SF, I believe you want to prioritize TF first simply because it is a raid buff and you want to make sure it lines up with other raid buffs going out at that time (e.g., Chain Stratagem, Trick Attack; Battle Litany/Battle Voice for 6-minute TF). Always prioritize what is better for the raid as opposed to yourself. Ideally, however, you've offset SF enough that you shouldn't have too many issues with them both coming off CD at the same time. Depending on your GCD and if you had to delay prior SF for things like Saber Dance, they may: but, in that event, I think it's best to prioritize the raid buff over the single target one.

Doing your normal rotation and using Flourish on cooldown will net you enough for burst windows. You shouldn't be spending FD as you get them but storing them for bursts, where unloading all of them will be more impactful. I've never encountered issues with feather shortages when I need them for burst windows.
