When do the training wheels come off?

I wish I can be a sprout forever. I have 96 days of playing time but there's still a sprout on my name. I'm free of people judging me, I'm still a newbie.

I had the starter sprout but it never went to the flowering one.. it just vanished. Weird. I wish I still had mine on
