If healers didn't have the "oMG a LoT of ENemIes I'M gONna AoE INsTeAd of HeAL" syndrome, PLD wouldn't need to self sustain.

I don't like this mindset you're saying here, the healer was probably letting you get low then burst heal you back up, unless you would have actually died, the pld sustain is unecessary
