    There's many unique options or ways they can mix jobs to make one job

    Like could put chemist and gunner together as a unique healer with a sniper rifle

    People think once we hit 100 that's it but not much is stopping them going further SE most likely won't drop ff14 for a very very very long time

    Doesn't have to be a job its based on could just be a character like gun breaker
    Completely unique and new job with element's from FF8

    I think the game will at least go to level 100, but beyond that, who knows? I can see maybe 4 more jobs coming before it all gets wrapped up

    Well we get 2 per expansion and unless something goes drastically wrong we're getting 2 more expansions and 6 more years of XIV. So I'd say at least 4 more.

    By that point though we'll have had 5 expansions and 12 years of reborn FFXIV, reckon the game could potentially start winding down around then.
    An MMO can't keep attracting new players forever, eventually it just gets too long in the tooth to do much other than tempt old players back for a bit, a strategy that naturally has diminishing returns.

    Necromancers as a melee healer! Using a scythe to rip aether out of enemies and then your voidling summon uses the aether to heal ppl. Your other voiding demon is your dps summon that attacks with you as you fight. Your rotation could even be rotating between summoning voidlings to dps and to heal. Necromancers could be all about mitigation through defense buffs.

    This might be the first time for me to shoot down a necromancer idea like that one, mostly because I firmly believe necromancers ultimate goal in battle is to obtain and command corpses and the fastest way to do that is to put 100% of their attention into dealing death, not worrying about mending their comrades.
