Reuse needs to be modified

Using 1 Wing, I made only 2 Titania barding.
Then I tried Seiryu Barding, and I spent 2 scales without having a Reuse proc at all.
Then I tried Suzaku Barding, and I spent 1 feather without proc.
Well, it didn't feel broken for me. Perhaps I'm just VERY unlucky? :/
I wish it had proc more for me...
Now, wait a minute. Are we really going back to that RNG game again? Oh fxxk me...

It's def RNG. It's a 20-30% chance to proc reuse fighting against a 10% to fail reclaim.

And we've all seen those double 90% fails during node gathers.

Those people who say reuse is op just haven't hit that bad RNG yet.

It's a gamble with the odds well in your favor.

• Assume the proc rate is 25%
• That leaves non-proc rate at 75%, with failed Reclaim as 10% of that, or 7.5% loss of material
• That means an average of around 13 attempts per material
• So you end up with a little more than 3 times the finished product you normally would

It's not broken, but it's pretty powerful.
