Right now Reuse is a ~30% chance to proc when quality hits 100%. The problem with this design is that if the proc fails, you can simply Reclaim and repeat this process until you get a Reuse proc. This kills the market for crafts that use rare mats from primals or maps, it also makes these mats basically worthless, which hurts combat players who use them to make gil.

With even a 20% reuse proc chance, you're statistically likely to get 2-3 end crafts out of this method, with the 30% I've observed it's 4-5.

It should instead work like Reclaim, where you just gain a chance at the end of the craft to get a mat back, and ideally it doesn't require quality to be 100% to use because it's really awkward in that spot with ingenuity.
