What? No.
I've got Castrum many times in MSQ roulette. People don't quit out of it. Even though it's more annoying than Praetorium, and gives less rewards.
The same would be true of Alliance raids rewards scaling.
If people are currently avoiding the higher level raids, then the current system is alreasy doing that.
Make the higher level raids reward more.
Except... that's a myth... you don't even read the roulette rules -_- Go check yourself if you don't believe me. Everything you get from the run itself is soustracted, it doesn't count.
The rewards in roulettes, both gils and experience are based on the level of your job and the kind of job you tag with, nothing more, nothing less. In other words : roulettes rewards are roulettes rewards, dungeons or raids in themselves don't count.

Castrum does not reward the same experience as Praetorium and yes they do award experience based on job and level but ALSO the duty itself. There is a huge difference between the two duties and most of my friends aren't happy when they get Castrum.Except... that's a myth... you don't even read the roulette rules -_- Go check yourself if you don't believe me. What’s a myth?
And what the hell does ‘Soulstracted’ mean?
I know exp rewards differ based on level, everyone knows that, but that’s not the only factor.
Castrum doesn’t give as much EXP as Praetorium, because it doesn’t take as long.
Apply the same framework to Alliance roulette, and people will run all of the content, at least as far as rewards/time is concerned. Some may still want to avoid Dun Scaithe and Orbonne for difficulty.
And roulette rewards are certainly not roulette rewards.
Try Levelling roulette when you get the level 22 Ifrit trial, verses getting a level 7X levelling dungeon.
You’re talking about 1/3rd of the EXP.
Castrum does give less EXP compared to Praetorium with regards to the Roulette bonus. If you queue into MSQ Roulette as a level 65 job, you will get less EXP from Castrum than you would from Praetorium.Except... that's a myth... you don't even read the roulette rules -_- Go check yourself if you don't believe me. To all : just read the roulettes rules... You get more xp during the run but less since the final reward is lowered. Just do the experience.

Yes we know what it SAYS, that's not the whole picture though.
Are you going to disagree with actual results?
Level 22 Ifrit gives a tiny fraction of a level 7X dungeon in levelling roulette.
On the SAME job, at the SAME level.
Same is true, although less noticeable, of Castrum versus Praetorium.
You can say "but the rules say..." all you like, it's not going to mean anything.
Its rare to see any wipes in World of Dankness though usually its a bad sign if theres a wipe on "Anger Management". Occasionally on Mhach too if theres wipes on Derpguise! Orbonne on the other hand you'll expect wipes and quittings because it takes much longer for minimal benefit. Also have to remember lower roulettes will be more common as the lower you go the more have it unlocked as opposed to higher level ones.
