They have a 'third eye' - that jewel/stone you see in their forehead. They also have higher constitutions and supposedly higher physical strength? And of course the big one, they can't control magicka - or rather most of them can't. It's very rare to find one that can. Also, unlike Midlander/Highlander - their body types have a huge range. From having a Highlander type body to Midlander, to one that's tall like an Elezen.

Oh cool sounds to me like thye typical humans and theyd be normal hyur if this game had racelocked classes and actual body customization

All that and superior spatial reasoning ability, theorised to be aided by the third eye. The Emperor's aesthetic is pretty unique. Reminds me of the Aen Elle from Witcher 3.
