That’s been my experience so far with Urianger, whenever I run with him I just expect he’s gonna be eating some avoidable ground aoe for fun.I'm a little bothered by how trusts prioritize limit breaks. The casters can't get enough of spamming it whilst the only melee never uses it. I thought if I went in as a caster with Ryne that she would do the melee limit break since it's more superior than ranged for single targets but she never uses it.
Urianger is also a bit of a noddy at times for not moving out of AoE. I've seen him standing in it whilst casting nukes and dying as result, what a complete fool.

Something needs to be done in Don Mheg. I wiped 3 times on second boss before giving up because AI couldn't take tethers properly. I literally watched Urianger stand in a tether and block it, only to move out of the way at the last second. They screw up that mechanic far too much.

I hate it when they run from the other side of the arena to grab a tether from you forcing you to run across to the other side of the arena and grab the one they just ran away from.Something needs to be done in Don Mheg. Urianger is dumb too. Stands in AOEs, sometimes doesn't heal you at all and fails at basic mechanics

Anima, I really agree with you on the latter, especially on the last boss of Malikah's Well.I hate it when they run from the other side of the arena to grab a tether from you forcing you to run across to the other side of the arena and grab the one they just ran away from.

A little late since 5.05 changes but it seems they adjust the EXP reward to be double the amount now.
So the EXP amount required to max level them are now reduced by half the amount of runs it originally was before 5.05 update.
A good step in the right direction and now they just need a method for Trust to gain exp outside of Trust dungeon runs.
Average time should be 3 to 4 runs per level now which is enough to focus on leveling only 1 Job to lvl 80. Sometimes the carry over EXP maybe enough for only 2 runs to level up.
Also did anyone test to see if Trusts do more damage now. I notice they are killing single targets much faster now even in group trash mobs pulls.

Here's a suggestion I'd like to make:
Give us an "Attack!" button to tell Thancred to initiate a battle with the enemy you have targeted.
I've almost gotten killed a number of times because I'd start casting Jolt at something and Thancred would just stand there and wait until the spell actually goes off, which means I end up with initial aggro on the entire pack of mobs and sometimes he's a couple seconds late in delivering his first AoE attack, or he'll miss a mob or two. I've gotten down to <10% of my health before the healer (usually Alphinaud) saved my butt.
Also, it'd be nice if this button would tell your Trusts to focus on a specific target. I find that a lot of times, they pick the wrong target or sometimes they split up and if they aren't gonna use AoEs, I'd rather them all be on the same target.
