    You can technically make the jump, but it's not a 100% easy thing. I've done it before and made it no problem, I've tried some times and can't quite figure out exactly what I'm doing wrong.

    But yeah. It's not a place you're really meant to be on outside of the GATE anyway.

    Er, I don't know about that. I found a spot where I can jump up onto the course with near 100% accuracy, very easy. Barely even tried to find it. So, honestly, I'm not sure.

    *though yeah it's pointless outside of the gate*
