    You can't get up there until a GATE that specifically uses it appears - when you start the GATE you're automatically teleported onto that platform (Cliffhanger is the name of it as I remember). Some players just stay on there after the GATE finishes though. So sadly it's working as intended up I'm afraid.

    Players jumped on it from the ground to show me where they jumped from and I could jump on it 5 times within an hour.
    It seemed very easy to them yet I hardly made it.


    (When the event poped and I accepted it, I was indeed teleported to it.)
