Absolutely sourgrapes about Energy Drain coming back. Gameplay wise Energy Drain does one thing: Makes it feel bad to use healing aetherflow. If damage aetherflow is an option it will ALWAYS make using healing aetherflow feel bad. Always. Sacred Soil got some amazing frequent use with the new Sch and not we're going to go back to only using it seldom to negate big damage. Your designers knew what they were doing when they removed Energy Drain and to bring it back because people who don't understand class design are crying about wanting more damage is just incredibly disappointing.
Astro changes are great. I wanted the gravity cast time and horoscope duration changes so I'm happy about those. I didn't expect sleeve draw to change at all but it looks good. I'm a little bit curious why Ast shields get nerfed but sch shields don't. Considering how strong sch shielding can be.
SCH is looking a little better. ED was really the biggest issue.
AST got some improvements but not even close to making it back into meta.

Sacred Soil still gives the regen, and it’s still on a 30s recast (so, shorter than WHM’s Asylum) and completely busted compared to AST’s still neutered CU. I think it’ll still see a fair amount of use even on tanks as an extra regen. But SCH needed something to dump excess Aetherflow on in order to keep it on cooldown every 60s without overcapping Aetherflow or blowing it on pointless overhealing. sch got energy drain back gj SE, now this class is again OP as fuck again to to drop useless WHM and time to lvl sch again
So with this, all the healers should be able to heal on the same level more or less.
AST utility damage should go up.
SCH personal DPS will go up a bit.
WHM will hopefully keep their DPS lead.
It's definitely more balanced than ever right now.
I'm curious about Helios and succor cast time being reduced but not the same happening for Medica/II. It's the same potencies now.
AST nukes are faster casts too. I think SE wants the strong mobility to be a part of AST's kit. (Which is fine, just as long as other healers have their own strengths).
