Solution: Provide a tick box for MSQ roulette that allows skipping cutscenes. If this box is ticked, you are able to skip cutscenes, but you also get reduced rewards. If you do not tick this box, you cannot skip the CS and you get the boosted rewards.

Conclusion: This solution allows multiple things to happen.
- New Players can enter MSQ roulette and see all the CS.
- Veterans can enter MSQ both to help NPs and to get the boosted rewards.
- New Players that don't care about the story can skip the CS if they want to.
- Veterans who don't want to bother with the CS have the option to skip them.

This solves everyone's issue and even addresses one that is rarely brought up (NPs that want to skip the CS). The choice is made before you even enter the dungeon so there's no need to worry if someone wanted to skip the CS or not. This is what should have been done instead of forcing one way on everyone.
This is cool and all, but the problem isn't the MSQ itself, even if people wont admit it. Its the rewards in that MSQ that people want. I would bet my left nut that if there was two MSQs, one with the inflated rewards and the other with the base EXP it original gave, that the one with the less EXP would never get used and people would be right back here complaining how its not fair and how that the other MSQ with cut scenes is almost forced with how much EXP it gives.
