So care to expand upon your reasonings why it wouldn't happen as you say. Ishgard is canonically rebuilding, you can do a series of quests that would be your payment for the instanced house, said house could require materials be turned in so it's not "free" if it kills you that much. Then allow players their own personal space, let them upgrade it even.
Why is any of this out of the realm of possibility?

I said it would never happen for free when you can get the exact same thing for a fixed price. SE doesn't care about materials being taken out of the game. Gil on the other hand....So care to expand upon your reasonings why it wouldn't happen as you say. Not only did you mistake me for someone else, but the only one "disappointing" is you.
Seriously. How dare you abuse this system in this manner. It's not enough that you did this but you parade about it in your signature as well.
The only type of person that does this is one that doesn't care about anyone but themselves. That's the real disappointment.
Unless maybeoliver is the only person in the FC, its not an abuse of the system just because you don't like it. Any FC that is able to co-ordinate and own an entire housing district should be proud of it. Thats moer effort than handing something out to people because it gives them a feelsgoodman.jpgNot only did you mistake me for someone else, but the only one "disappointing" is you.

That's people not even owning their own house, so yes they all belong to the FC owner, so yes that is abuse. They removed this function later and this individual is still hording up very limited options all to themselves due to a previous exploit that was patched later.Unless maybeoliver is the only person in the FC, its not an abuse of the system just because you don't like it. Anyone with a conscious would feel bad about doing this. Not this person, however, and seemingly not you either.
They own an entire housing district! There is nothing to feel bad about. People with money tend to have more than what others with no money do, so stop coveting what someone else has and demanding they have less because that is the only thing to feel bad about. That's people not even owning their own house, so yes they all belong to the FC owner, so yes that is abuse.
