I have tried every option available to try to pay for my account to continue playing this game but have been stopped at every corner with errors and cards declining for no reason... I have more than sufficient funds available in my paypal account and credit/debit account but I guess my moneys just not good enough for this company... I really love this game and was so excited when I heard about all the new changes and stuff but I have hit my limit of frustration and must quit unless I can get a helpful response from SE's god awful customer service. I guess it was fun while it lasted... maybe they will fix this B/S by the time 2.0 is released, but at this point I highly doubt it.

since it say some country still can't use crysta so what ever payment method you use for buying crysta is no use

They prolly wont fix it as we hope they will.

There was so much grief when going through XI's payment and tons of players complained, yet nothing dramatic changed (not sure about when Abyss was released and beyond).

All these things might be problems on thier side that they will try to fix, but changing the whole payment system isnt gonna happen.

If you're from the US then it shouldn't be a problem, just buy FFXIV Ultimate Game Card (Google it and buy it from any online store) and use it to get Crysta.

did you follow the step by step instructions posted on lodestone? did you try to pay directly through click and buy, or did you try to pay with crysta? if the latter, did you try to buy crysta through click and buy or through ultimate pay? if ultimate pay, and your card was still declined, did you try any other options (like paypal)?

see, when people don't give enough pertinent information when filing complaints, it wastes the time of customer service reps which leads to lengthy and annoying automated service (is your computer plugged in? is it turned on?) before they transfer you to an actual rep.

there're still many other option that also one option can be buy from 7-11 too.
