not trying to be rude but did you even read my original post? I said I tried everything including paypal.if you really want help you might want to give us more information, otherwise we can only assume and offer help blindly.
did you follow the step by step instructions posted on lodestone? did you try to pay directly through click and buy, or did you try to pay with crysta? if the latter, did you try to buy crysta through click and buy or through ultimate pay? if ultimate pay, and your card was still declined, did you try any other options (like paypal)?
see, when people don't give enough pertinent information when filing complaints, it wastes the time of customer service reps which leads to lengthy and annoying automated service (is your computer plugged in? is it turned on?) before they transfer you to an actual rep.
