umm nope you'll have to buy from the store , but you can find the store from internet though

ps. possible to buy online but you'll have the shop owner sending you somekind of refilled code and you transfer him money

obviously the billing process is convoluted and awkward (necessitating a guide on the main lodestone page just to help people sub in the first place), so you're not the only one having problems. i'm just saying that it's hard for people to help the people having problems without enough information.

no need for apologies, just in the future if something like that happens again- give a step-by-step account of what you did (withholding identification/card information, obviously) and where the process broke down, so that people are able to jump right in and guide you along the rest of the way.

You should ask your bank why you cant complete your purchase. Base on the limited info, my guess is it could be a security reason.

yes but i cant log onto the game... ok so these cards I did find online but im a little hesitant to buy them because the sites look a little sketchy

on playspan everytime i try to signup it just keeps giving errors about my email and username but i have double checked and made sure im inputting them right. does anybody else use these?

I have tried every option available to try to pay for my account to continue playing this game but have been stopped at every corner with errors and cards declining for no reason... I have more than sufficient funds available in my paypal account and credit/debit account but I guess my moneys just not good enough for this company... I really love this game and was so excited when I heard about all the new changes and stuff but I have hit my limit of frustration and must quit unless I can get a helpful response from SE's god awful customer service. I guess it was fun while it lasted... maybe they will fix this B/S by the time 2.0 is released, but at this point I highly doubt it.

I didn't read any of the other responses, but I can tell you about an experience I had with Click n Buy when purchasing a security token. I called my bank as I saw the payments were not going through, and they told me that since it 'the company's location' was located in a high fraud region that it blocks all payments and you must personally authorize payments. I know you're using paypal, but perhaps its the same issue. I don't know.. just lettin you know. Goodluck!
