i literally don't know anyone who does MSQ roulette. Is that even a thing?

Praetorium gives like 55% of a level and is 90% cutscenes, so people do it as a lazy way of getting XP.

If you are over 75 Praetorium gives ~50% of a level, if you are around 70 it gives around 80% of a level. Anything below that and Paetorium just gives you a level.
