In the real world city B would be able to sell to people in city A (or open a store i guess in this case... or ship), that is the difference.

I don't have the ability to sell on **THEIR SERVER** which is the whole point...

You are selling to all players on all servers already, thanks to their ability to buy from all worlds.
You have never and will never be able to sell directly to anyone.
You don't chose your buyers, your buyers choose you.

Yes, but if they send their shop managers (retainers) from city B to city A then they don't have a shop in city B during that time.
