Only replying the point of voice acting.
Instead of more voice act, I would rather they use the budget for more quality voice act. I have only try JP and ENG voice and I must admit the English one seem lagging behind when come to voice acting quality, not that they are bad, but there are far better

I strongly disagree. The English voice acting is incredible and the game makes excellent use of some of the finest actors in the industry as well as leaning on some accents that aren't usually present in Western versions of JRPG's outside of games such as Dragon Quest 8 and 11.

I typically find the opposite. I switch back and forth between playing on the JP client and the NA version, usually with the audio the opposite at any given time, and the JP voice-acting has more often than not felt noticeably more generic by comparison to the little nuances that are added in with the English localization.

I have no trouble understanding the Japanese. I've little trouble reading Japanese novels, be they modern or even a bit classical, and listen to Japanese shows in the background while working. The JP audio is no more difficult to attend than the ENG. It just seems to often have... less going on.
