in most of my case, its "i (healer/tank) decide to use Limit Breaks because the final boss is dead and nobody care to use it" lol3. Don’t limit Limit Breaks to the last 5% of the final boss.

Good point. I wasn't taking into account that online destinations/forums/games are privately owned and therefore get to pick and choose there own rules for speech/content.American constitutional "free speech" is simply that the government can't put you in jail for talking out of your butt. Aside from that, you can be censured by your not so adoring public and, as always, companies can choose whatever rules they want for their forums. Really, any entity can post rules for their privately owned public spaces and enforce them through bans of a temporary or permanent nature. And that's not even including libel and other things people can sue you for.

I wish more people would realise this, especially in Shadowbringers levelling and level 80 dungeons with wall-to-wall pulls. If you're a caster (or a ranged and your party doesn't have a caster), please for the love of Hydaelyn use that LB on one of those big pulls. It's an amazing DPS gain and makes your healer's and tank's lives much easier.3. Don’t limit Limit Breaks to the last 5% of the final boss. A ranged dps limit break, for example, is super useful in really large trash pulls. (The expectations are a little different in raids, where people tend to leave LB alone so healers can use LB3 in the face of a pending wipe to resurrect everyone.)
Had to ask the DPS to single-target last night in a dungeon where the tank was a new player. I was spamming heals and literally couldn't keep him up. The AOEing left too many mobs up at one time. Thankfully, they switched to single-target and the rest of the dungeon went far more smoothly without a huge loss in the time it took to clear packs.
If there are sapling icons in your group, consider adjusting your tried-and-tested routines.

If the tank doesn't have to pull as much as they and the healer can possibly handle, why should the DPS have to AOE? Maybe you should accept pug life because other people aren't you. Patience pays off.1. You pull it, you tank it. Pretty straightforward. Let the tank pull. If you want bigger pulls, try asking for them.
2. AOEs, please. Please learn which buttons are for your area of effect abilities and click them quickly during trash mob pulls of 3 or more. This helps the tank take less damage, keeps the healer from going out of mana, and makes the dungeon go by faster.
If I could gain XP on my DPS jobs for playing a tank or healer, I would. The queue is its own reward, not to mention the existence of players like you who will just unquestioningly treat me like I own the run.

Because there are dozens of reasons why each tank does not pull wall to wall, and there is absolutely no reason why DPS shouldnt AOE in the pulls.
DPS single targetting is one of those reasons why some tank does not pull a lot.
DPS not AOEing does less damage than average tank player... therefore dps is not doing his job, its like a healer who let tank die or tank not using def CDs, same level of disrespect. I had samurai in lvl 77 dungeon doing 50% of what i was doing on GNB on a pull, fifty percent... and the guy was higher ilvl than me.

As healer: One thing that ticks me off greatly is the party that literally runs off when my screen is fading into the dungeon and the "waiting barrier" is gone. Not even done yet getting Selene into duty and they are already in the first fight. Until I caught up, I have to spam-heal and all that - sorry, no.
I had to let them die once recenly on purpose just to teach them I am also a vital part of the group.
I would be fine but if tanks would not be so proud about their special treatment and I have to hear "You pull it, you tank it" everywhere instead of having some margin for error (I did not Displace myself into two other foes on purpose... :S) and feel like they are the boss, fine,"You pull it, you tank it...until you die when you don't care for your healer" is my newest motto.
