Settle down here. The logs aren't personal information; they are damage numbers on an online alias, on an online game, that is publicly available. At this point it's a huge, laughable stretch.

How so? I can already see your character name on this forum, does that mean I now know your name irl? Of course not. If we party together in game I can see your character name and your damage data from the battle log. All publicly on display to me without the need of a parser or fflogs.
parsers and fflogs do not identify you as an individual it identifies a character in a video game that you do not own.
You're good at the game? You're an elitist.
You're using a parser to better yourself? Elitist.
You're making suggestions on how someone can improve themselves? E l i t i s t.
You wipe a farm party constantly but you're having fun playing your way. Nah you're fine dude.
This community astounds me at times.
Only if SE were to use that information or would be hacked directly.
Others cannot make a connection from Char name -> RL person data unless you provide one.
Again, this is as much of a privacy issue as posting publicly on Facebook.
Stop reaching.
Again, you are free to hold this opinion, but I disagree. This is not even close to the general consensus when it comes to online privacy policies.
You are implying so many things such as companies like google, facebook or phone companies collecting data on you and selling it is not a privacy concern just because your name isn't directly attached.
It might not be a big privacy concern, but that doesn't mean it has nothing to do with privacy.

Wordgames like those is why they added "indirectly". Also identifying someone as an individual doesn't mean you know everything about that person, it means you know enough to be able to tell that one person from another. How so? You know the thing about opinions?
They do not matter in such a case.
Facts do.
And the facts state that identifying you as a person via an online gaming log containing only server name and avatar name is impossible unless YOU create that possibility.
As such the laws of data privacy do NOT apply here because they were made to protect sensitive personal data pertaining to your real life person.
Online Privacy Policies apply to your individual privacy IRL. As in your actual personal information. Which fflogs and parsers do not read or collect in any way.

Once again, I can see your character name. I cannot identify you in any way, I can only identify that character. Your character is not you.
